E. Victor Indiano

Mr. Indiano received his bachelor's degree in chemistry and economics from Indiana University (1977) and his Juris Doctor from Indiana University at Indianapolis (1982). He has been registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office since 1981 and has been engaged in private practice in the areas of patent, trademark, and copyright law since 1982. Mr. Indiano has been the author of numerous publications and has spoken to and/or written articles for a wide variety of groups including the Indianapolis Business Journal, Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum, the Indiana Institute for New Business Ventures, Inventure, the Indiana Entrepreneurship Academy, the Indiana Small Business Development Conference, the Indiana Inventor's Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association.  He has been a presenter may times for the Indiana Bar Association at the annual Solo and Small Firm Conference.

Mr. Indiano was an adjunct professor of business law at IUPUI from 1988 through 1991 and was chairman of the GP, Solo, and Small Firm Section of the Indiana State Bar Association. His civic and business interests include former memberships on the Boards of Directors of Secondary Marketing Company, Inc., and Education Debt Services, Inc. (both of which were USA GROUP, Inc. subsidiaries), The Fine Arts Society of Indianapolis, Inc. (formerly its Secretary and member of the Executive Committee), and Secretary of the Brebeuf Alumni Association. He formerly served on the boards of the Hamilton Southeastern Men’s Lacrosse Club and the Hamilton Southeastern Women’s Lacrosse Club. He was also president of the Cathedral-Chatard Hockey Club.

Mr. Indiano is the founder of Indiano Law Group LLC and deals extensively with a wide range of intellectual property matters for clients in a variety of technological disciplines.

Bruce Bowman

Bruce brings to the firm expertise in private and corporate settings along with legal skills to ensure clients receive the tactical and strategic intellectual property services necessary to protect their intellectual property.  He has focused his over thirty years of intellectual property experience in the preparation and prosecution of electrical and mechanical patent applications, due diligence assessments, and legal opinions on patentability, validity, and freedom to operate, as well as trademark registration applications for a diverse range of clients.

John T. Woods

John Woods received a bachelor’s of science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Evansville in 2006 and his Juris Doctor from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 2009. John started his legal career at Krieg Devault, LLP where he practiced in the areas of patent prosecution, intellectual property licensing, and litigation.

While John has experience in various facets of intellectual property law including trademarks, trade secrets, and copyright, John has maintained a focus on patent prosecution. John has drafted and prosecuted patent applications in the subject areas of internal combustion engine technologies, hybrid technologies and electrical vehicles, after-treatment systems, air and refrigeration compressor system technologies, electronic controllers and systems, turbo-machinery, as well as various mechanical systems and devices generally. John has prepared numerous right-to-use, infringement, invalidity, and patentability opinions.

John Woods is licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. John is an Eagle Scout, and he volunteers for various organizations and remains active within the Indianapolis legal community.
